Listing your rooms on WhoseInn costs nothing for a year. These are the terms of that offer, in full.
Who it is for
Every landlord with a verified property listed on WhoseInn before 1 February 2027: a place we have checked and approved, which also means you have verified who you are. Signing up alone is not enough. Listing stays by invitation, and we check that you own or manage the place before anyone sees it, because quality is the point.
A property handed to you by another landlord counts from the day you accepted it.
How long it lasts
From 31 October 2026 to 31 October 2027, whenever you qualified. Nothing is charged for listing during the free year.
If you miss the date
Landlords without a verified property listed before 1 February 2027 pay to list.
What it depends on
The free year depends on WhoseInn's financial standing. If we ever have to pause the platform, every user is told at least 30 days before it happens, on WhatsApp.
